According to a wearable body temperature regulating device for maintaining a constant body temperature of a user by means of a current applying method, and a body temperature regulating method using the same, which are presented in the present invention, a constant current is applied to the skin of the user and a pulse is adjusted by using principles of thermoreceptors in the body, such that the user can have a sensation as if the skin discharges or absorbs heat, thereby maintaining a constant internal body temperature overall.Selon un dispositif de régulation de température corporelle pouvant être porté permettant de maintenir une température corporelle constante d'un utilisateur au moyen d'un procédé d'application de courant, et un procédé de régulation de température corporelle l'utilisant, qui sont présentés dans la présente invention, un courant constant est appliqué sur la peau de l'utilisateur et une impulsion est ajustée à l'aide de principes de thermorécepteurs dans le corps, de telle sorte que l'utilisateur peut avoir une sensation comme si la peau évacue ou absorbe la chaleur, ce qui permet de maintenir une température corporelle interne constante globale.본 발명에서 제안하고 있는 전류인가 방식에 의해 사용자의 체온을 일정하게 유지시켜 주는 웨어러블 체온 조절 장치 및 이를 이용한 체온 조절 방법에 따르면, 몸속의 온도 수용기(Thermoreceptors)의 원리를 이용하여, 사용자의 피부에 일정한 전류를 인가하여 맥박을 조절하는 방식으로 피부가 열을 방출 또는 흡수하는 것처럼 느끼게 함으로써 체내 온도를 전체적으로 일정하게 유지할 수 있다.
