The present invention relates to a method for producing an allergenic component-free purified bee venom, and an allergenic component-free purified bee venom produced thereby, the method enabling the production of an allergenic component-free purified bee venom by comprising the steps of: (a) diluting a bee venom by adding a buffer solution thereto； (b) adding a protease to the diluted solution diluted in step (a), and then having same undergo an enzymatic reaction； (c) coagulating a protein of the reactant of step (b) by adding cold ethanol to the reactant； (d) precipitating the coagulated material by centrifuging the coagulated reactant of step (c)； and (e) obtaining a supernatant from the reactant of step (d) in which the coagulated material is precipitated, then drying same.Ce procédé de production den venin d'abeille purifié exempt de constituant allergène consiste: a) à diluer un venin d'abeille en y ajoutant une solution tampon； b) à ajouter une protéase à la solution diluée de l'étape a), puis à soumettre l'ensemble à une réaction enzymatique； c) à coaguler une protéine du réactif de l'étape b) en ajoutant de l'éthanol froid au réactif； d) à précipiter le matériau coagulé par centrifugation du réactif coagulé de l'étape c)； et e) à obtenir du réactif de l'étape d) un surnageant dans lequel le matériau coagulé est précipité, puis à sécher celui-ci.본 발명은 (a) 봉독에 완충용액을 첨가하여 희석하는 단계； (b) 상기 (a)단계의 희석한 희석액에 단백질분해효소를 첨가한 후 효소반응시키는 단계； (c) 상기 (b)단계의 반응물에 냉각된 에탄올을 가하여 반응물의 단백질을 응고시키는 단계； (d) 상기 (c)단계의 응고시킨 반응물을 원심분리하여 응고물을 침전시키는 단계； 및 (e) 상기 (d)단계의 응고물이 침전된 반응물에서 상등액을 취한 후 건조하는 단계를 포함하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알러지 성분이 제거된 정제 봉독의 제조방법 및 상기 방법으로 제조된 알러지 성분이 제거된 정제 봉독에 관한 것이다.
