Described herein are oral care compositions comprising an effective amount of an enzyme cocktail, wherein the enzyme cocktail comprises an alkaline protease and a second enzyme selected from cellulase, a-glucanase, and combinations thereof, in an orally acceptable carrier, together with methods of making and using the same.
