PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for keeping a food product fresh capable of stably keeping freshness of a food product or the like over a long period and enhancing the value of commodity.SOLUTION: A packaging cover 3 covering an adsorbent 2 from the outside is formed by superposing two sheets of upper and lower lamination films 4 on each other and sealing the peripheral parts 4A of respective lamination films 4 in such a state.
