The paper substrate includes at least a first substrate 30b1 and a second substrate 30b2 bonded to the first substrate 30b1. A flexible circuit connector 80B is provided at a bent portion 64A between the first substrate 30b1 and the second substrate 30b2. The flexible circuit connector includes a first adhesive portion 42a on the first substrate 30b1 side and a second adhesive portion 42b on the second substrate 30b2 side.
