At least one fastener (760) is movable from the chamber (744) to the pocket (742). The cartridge (740) includes a plurality of pushers (800), where each pusher (800) is configured to engage at least one corresponding fastener (760). At least one pusher (800) includes at least one cam surface (800) thereon.
