The present invention relates to a tissue repair injectable agent comprising a polymer polymerizing a hydrophobic biocompatible polymer and a hydrophilic biocompatible polymer in an aqueous solution, and more specifically, to a tissue repair injectable agent which can be injected without using an extra solubilizer as a polymer polymerizing a hydrophobic biocompatible polymer and a hydrophilic biocompatible polymer forms suspension particles by itself in an aqueous solution.
