Through the method of producing the foamed clay structure of the present invention and the foamed structure produced therefrom, a foamed clay structure having high stability and having characteristics of clay and active material was obtained.본 발명은 스멕타이트 점토-바인더 복합체로 이루어진 발포 점토 구조체의 제조방법과 그로부터 제조되는 발포 구조체에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 스멕타이트 점토가 가지는 층간 구조 사이에 바인더가 삽입된 형태를 가지는 점토-바인더 복합체로 이루어진 발포 점토 구조체 및 그로부터 제조되는 발포 구조체에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 발포 점토 구조체를 제조하는 방법과 그로부터 제조되는 발포 구조체를 통하여, 높은 안정성을 띄며 점토와 활성물질의 특성을 함께 가지는 발포 점토 구조체를 얻을 수 있었다.
