PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a black vinegar health drink capable of improving remarkably a disease such as diabetes in a short period, and to provide a production method thereof.SOLUTION: A black vinegar health drink is mixed with a black vinegar, a blue fish as much as 8-32 wt% to the black vinegar, a radish as much as 2-10 wt% to the black vinegar, a sweet potato as much as 2-10 wt% to the black vinegar, a garlic as much as 2-10 wt% to the black vinegar, citric acid as much as 5-20 wt% to the black vinegar and oligosaccharide as much as 10-40 wt% to the black vinegar.
