The present invention relates to self-sustaining agricultural system for growing plant in a close and controlled environment. The present invention mainly used to grow the plants where the agriculture land is not available or having environment condition is not support to grow the plats. In the present invention, two level water storage systems is applied. First water storage system is applied at bottom level and other water storage is applied on the roof of the container. Plants are hung in vertical square pipe having the cuts on both the side of pipe, which are arrange/hung is sliding vertical racks. Hanging water pipes are connected with output nozzle of the overhead tanks from there water is dripped through the gravitational force. In the following water, nozzles are provided to control the flow of water and a plurality of return gutters to collect at bottom storage tank which is further transfer to the overhead tank through the submersible pump to maintain die water level in over head tank.
