PURPOSE: Underwear is provided to notify a patient with the forward head posture to recognize the bad posture while the patient is unconscious. CONSTITUTION: An underwear body (10) is worn on the body of a wearer. A pocket (12) is located in the inside of the underwear body. An insertion unit is inserted into the pocket, and has rigidity. A secondary member (30) is attached to the tip end of the correcting member and is extended toward the shoulders of the wearer.본 발명은 거북이목 증후군 방지용 내의에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 착용자의 몸통에 착용되는 내의 몸체； 및 내의 몸체의 내면 중 착용자의 척추에 대응되는 위치에 부착되고, 적어도 일부가 횡단면이 호 형상을 가져 일정 수준 이상의 힘이 가해질 때 일방으로 꺾이도록 구성되는 강성을 가진 소재의 교정부재를 포함한다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 거북이목 증후군이 발생하지 않도록 예방을 하며, 바른 자세를 유지함으로써 척추질환 및 목디스크 등의 통증완화에도 유용하다.
