PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for preventing resting the elbow during a meal, etc., solving the problem that it is difficult to prevent resting ones chin or elbow on a table, etc. during a meal, etc. unless one is sufficiently conscious of doing so.SOLUTION: A pad is arranged in a central part of a belt-like member which is adjustable for expansion and contraction, and a member to be attached to the elbow is provided at both ends of a pair of the belt-like members.
