The disposable device for one-time use for a pressure-reduced delivery of intestinal gases comprises an elongated body (1) that can be positioned in the anal canal, which body comprises a water- and gas-tight cylinder (2) made of flexible material. According to the invention, the end located opposite of the sphincter-side of the body (1) in the functional position is designed in one piece or multiple pieces by a tip (3) having a large surface made of soft material and the cylinder interior (4) consists of soft, large-pored, filter-like material. The tip (3) can be moist, and a one-way valve (5) or a diaphragm can be provided, such that the penetration of gases and fluids from the outside into the anal canal is prevented. In addition, two embodiments of application aids are described.
