PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working vehicle with improved operability by intensively disposing operating tools of high use frequency in one side of the left/right directions of a driver seat without immoderately complicating the shape of rear-wheel fenders provided on the left/right of the driver seat.SOLUTION: A support 51 is erected between a driver seat and a rear-wheel fender 23, and a front-side bracket 52 and a rear-side bracket 51d are fixed to the support 51. A travel speed change operation tool and a working vehicle lifting/lowering operation tool 37 are provided on the front-side bracket 52 in the horizontal direction. An electronic control unit is longitudinally fitted to the rear-side bracket 51d, and both thereof are enclosed by a side panel, a side cover and the rear-wheel fender 23.
