PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further improve grain sorting performances in a thresher.SOLUTION: A wind direction plate (21) having a steeper slope in rear rising than a first return shelf (16) is mounted between a fine sorting part (15) of a swinging sorting shelf (11) and the first return shelf (16) having a slope in rear rising, which receives treated grain from the fine sorting part (15) and guides the grain to a lower first receiving trough (24). The front end part of the wind direction plate (21) is positioned in the front side in relation to the rear end part of the fine sorting part (15) and the rear end part of the wind direction plate (21) is positioned in the rear side in relation to the rear end part of the first sorting shelf (15). The length of the wind direction plate (21) in a sorting air blast direction from a winnower (23) is set longer than that of the first return shelf (16).COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】 脱穀装置における穀粒選別性能の更なる向上を図る。【解決手段】 揺動選別棚(11)の精選別部(15)と、この精選別部(15)からの処理穀物を受け入れて下方の前記1番回収受樋(24)内に案内する後上り傾斜の1番戻し棚(16)との間に、1番戻し棚(16)よりも後上りに急傾斜の風向板(21)を設ける。また、風向板(21)は、その前端部が前記精選別部(15)の後端部よりも前側に位置し、風向板(21)の後端が1番選別棚(15)の後端部より後側に位置する。また、唐箕(23)からの選別風送風方向における風向板(21)の長さを1番戻し棚(16)の長さよりも短く設定する。【選択図】 図1
