The present invention discloses a treadmill in water capable of measuring a exercise motion, comprising: an exercising unit which has an open upper surface, and comprises a water tank having an inner space that a user can walk and a treadmill installed on a lower portion of the water tank； a plurality of marking units attached to be spaced to the user&prime；s body ； a recording unit which records images of the marking units by radiating a light in the water tank； and an analyzing unit which understands each position of the marking units by revising the images recorded in the recording unit, and measures the user&prime；s exercise motion by analyzing changed positions of the marking units.본 발명은 상면이 개방되고, 내부에 사용자가 보행할 수 있는 내부공간을 형성하는 수조 및 상기 수조의 하부에 설치되는 트레드밀을 포함하는 운동유닛, 상기 사용자의 신체에 이격되어 부착되는 복수 개의 마킹부를 포함하는 마킹유닛, 상기 수조 내부로 빛을 조사하여 상기 마킹부의 이미지를 촬영하는 촬영유닛 및 상기 촬영유닛에서 촬영된 상기 이미지를 보정하여 복수 개의 상기 마킹부 각각의 위치를 파악하며, 상기 마킹부의 위치변화를 분석하여 사용자의 운동모션을 측정하는 분석유닛을 포함하는 운동모션 측정이 가능한 수중 트레드밀이 개시된다.
