PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underpants type wearing article for adults, capable of temporarily scattering and holding body fluid of at least an amount of water retention of a liquid-absorbing core, and allowing a women to wear without resistance feeling.SOLUTION: A first dimension L1 from a lower end edge 14a to an upper end edge 14b of a front waist panel 14 in a non-extension state is smaller than a second dimension from a lower end edge of the front waist panel to a lower end edge of an absorption panel 16, and the total sum of the first dimension and the second dimension is 250-290 mm. In a pair of non-overlapping parts positioned in the outside in the transverse direction of an overlapped part in the lower end edge, a fourth dimension in the transverse direction of the one non-overlapping part is 45-80% to a third dimension in the transverse direction X of a part overlapped on the absorption panel in the lower end edge of the front waist panel. An amount of water retention of an absorber is 150-400 g.
