The present invention relates to a detachable UV sterilization device for an elevator. More specifically, the detachable UV sterilization device for an elevator comprises: a UV sterilization unit (10) attached to one side of an operating plate (5) of the elevator； an operation sensing module (20) which is formed on one portion of the UV sterilization unit (10), and stops the operation of the UV sterilization unit (10) by sensing the motion of a person； and a reflection plate (30) which is attached to the other side of the operating plate (5) where the UV sterilization unit (10) is formed, and reflects UV irradiated from the UV sterilization unit (10). Accordingly, the detachable UV sterilization device of the present invention is configured so that the UV sterilization unit (10) and the reflecting plate (30) can be selectively attached and detached to correspond to desired positions of the operating plate (5), and thus maintains a purpose of sterilizing buttons formed on the operating plate of the elevator while being attached as it is without separately changing the design of the existing operating plate of the elevator, thereby being able to obtain both convenience of installation and economic efficiency.
