PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a coating film for cosmetic preparations, with enhanced adhesiveness of the skin to a coating film formed by electrostatic spraying.SOLUTION: The method for producing a coating film for cosmetic preparations comprises: a cosmetic-preparation application step in which a cosmetic preparation containing at least 10 mass% of oil that is solid at 20°C is applied to the skin； and an electrostatic spraying step in which a composition is electrostatically sprayed directly on the skin to form the coating film thereon.
