The screw designed and claimed in this patent is essentially constituted by a shaft with a helical groove or line that forms its direct contact surface. New features were developed, mainly aiming at converting all forces produced by a common screw into axial strains, by directing the resulting forces to the central shaft of the device, thus distributing the strains in the longitudinal direction, minimising fractures caused by transverse or tangential strains, when the screw is correctly used. Knife-shaped threads with curved teeth (3) were designed to take the smallest possible space in the centre, with a radius of curvature that allows perfect transmission of strains to the centre of the screw, thus preventing the dilatation or expansion of the tooth root, dispensing with heavy efforts to extract the root, or preventing the root from cracking or fracturing. The three cuts (2) provided along the screw threads serve to remove the material occupied by the screw thread and to store the chips produced while cutting this material, operating as a male tool and again ensuring that no strain that could cause the root to expand is applied.Domaines de linvention. - Exodontie. - Exodontie de racines. - Exodontie avec utilisation minimale de la force physique. - Ergonomie dans linstrumentation dexodontie. - Productivité en odontologie par réduction du temps dinterventions exodontiques.
