PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper whose indicator and picture pattern are both easy to visually recognize.SOLUTION: The disposable diaper 1 includes: a liquid-permeable front surface sheet 2 a poorly liquid-permeable back surface sheet 3 and an absorber 4 disposed between the sheets an indicator 7 comprising a hot melt composition for reporting urination by color change is disposed between the back surface sheet 3 and the absorber 4 and an abdominal side part A a back side part B and a crotch part C positioned therebetween.
