PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control technique for controlling an agricultural apparatus consisting of various environment sensors and various control apparatus in a field, a house, or the like, the technique being capable of managing the growing state in plant growth cultivated by a user in association with the control of the agricultural apparatus.SOLUTION: An individual monitoring data storage part 210 and a share monitoring data storage part 212 memorize individual/share sensor monitoring data corresponding to the output from the sensor which monitors environmental conditions and individual/share growth condition-monitoring data which monitors growth conditions, in the plant growth by an individual user and shared users.
