To provide a method of manufacturing a lumen-expanding triplex structure stent and the lumen-expanding triplex structure stent manufactured thereby.SOLUTION: A lumen-expanding triplex structure stent comprises: an inner cylindrical net having a mesh shape which is formed by repeating the following process for crossing each other: a wire of a certain length is spirally wound 3 times along a reference circumferential surface from one end part of the reference circumferential surface to another end part, inwardly folded at a determined angle, and spirally wound 3 times along the reference circumferential surface and whose two ends which are not connected each other is finished with V markers respectively； a cover film member surrounding entire outer peripheral edge except for end parts at both sides； an outer cylindrical net having a cylindrical mesh shape entirely, which is formed by the same method as the inner cylindrical net with a wire which is stretchable, has a flexibility and a certain length on outer peripheral edge of the inner cylindrical net including outer peripheral edge of the cover film member and whose two end parts which are not connected each other are finished with V markers respectively on each of the ends so as not to be cut.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】内腔拡張用３重構造ステントの製造方法及びそれにより製造された内腔拡張用３重ステントを提供する。【解決手段】内腔拡張用３重構造ステントは、一定長さのワイヤが、基準円周面の一端部から他端部に基準円周面に沿って螺旋状に３回巻き取られ、さらに内側に一定の角度折り曲げられ、基準円周面に沿って螺旋状に３回巻き取られることを繰り返すことで、互いに交差して網体となし、互いに連結されなかった２つの先端をそれぞれＶマーカーで仕上げ連結する内管網体と、両側先端部を除いた外周縁の全体を取り囲むカバーフィルム部材と、収縮及び膨張が可能であり、柔軟性を有する一定長さのワイヤが、カバーフィルム部材の外周縁を含む内管網体の外周縁において、内管網体と同一の方法で網体をなし、各先端において、互いに連結されなかった２つの先端をそれぞれＶマーカーで仕上げ連結して切れることなく、全体的に円筒状をなす外管網体とを備える。【選択図】図１
