The present invention provides a diaper structure including: a diaper body sequentially forming a fabric layer, a leakage prevention layer, and an absorptive material layer from the inside to the inside a communication chip attached on an outer surface of the leakage prevention layer, connected each other, and forming RFID tags and a metal antenna. Accordingly, the absorptive material layer absorbs passing urine. Also, change of relative dielectric constant of the leakage prevention layer causes change of an impedance value of the metal antenna when an inner surface of the leakage prevention layer is in contact with urine on the surface of the absorptive material layer.
