The polypeptide and the derivatives thereof can perform specific binding to VEGFR-2, can be used as contrast agent for specific marking the location of a tumor, significantly inhibit the tumor angiogenesis, and play the role of inhibiting or treating the tumor.La présente invention concerne un polypeptide de séquence FF/YEXWGVK et ses dérivés. Le polypeptide et ses dérivés peuvent réaliser une liaison spécifique au VEGFR-2, peuvent être utilisés en tant qu'agent de contraste pour un marquage spécifique de la localisation d'une tumeur, inhibent significativement l'angiogenèse tumorale, et jouent un rôle dans l'inhibition ou le traitement de la tumeur.本发明提供了序列为FF/YEXWGVK的多肽及其衍生物。该多肽及其衍生物能够特异性结合VEGFR-2，可作为造影剂特异性标记肿瘤发生部位，并显著抑制肿瘤血管的新生，发挥抑制或治疗肿瘤的作用。
