A method comprising at least the administering by injection to a patient inneed thereof of: (a) at least an efficient amount of hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof； and (b) at least an efficient amount of mepivacaine or a salt thereof as anesthetic agent, said mepivacaine being administered before or concurrently with the hyaluronic acid.La présente invention concerne un procédé comprenant au moins l'administration par injection à un patient qui en a besoin : (a) d'au moins une quantité efficace de l'acide hyaluronique ou d'un sel de celui-ci ； et (b) d'au moins une quantité efficace de mépivacaïne ou d'un sel de celui-ci comme agent anesthétique, ladite mépivacaïne étant administrée avant ou simultanément avec l'acide hyaluronique.
