PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make harvest work proper by properly untying the soil near root vegetable in a field according to a difference in hardness of the soil and a difference in working condition such as a difference in pulling-out resistance, and favorably pulling out and conveying the root vegetable.SOLUTION: This root vegetable harvester includes: a traveling part a soiler (37) for untying the soil near the root vegetable in the field while cutting and a pulling out and conveying device for pulling out the root vegetable whose near soil is untied by the soiler (37), and conveying the root vegetable.
