PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for preventing a solid medicine (10) from falling from an aperture (34) before the solid medicine (10) is injected into a patient by puncturing the needle (4) into and extracting it from the patient.SOLUTION: The device for injecting the solid medicine (10) into a patients body comprises a body (2) and a needle (4) wherein the medicine (10) is introduced. The needle (4) includes an aperture (34) with its distal end bevelled and moves along the longitudinal direction axis (X-X) in the body (2), and by abutment of the bevelled part of the aperture (34) on the inside of the body (2), the longitudinal axis of the needle (4) is made to tilt with respect to the longitudinal direction axis of the body (2).
