PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scheme whereby the intrusion of mosquitoes transmitting malaria can be prevented and residents inside a house can be protected safely with little degradation of the living environment in the house.SOLUTION: A noxious insect-controlling net 1 is formed of knitted fabric and carries one or more any chemicals selected from insecticides, synergists, repellents, insect growth regulators, and chemosterilants. The house 10 is a building, which is used by a human for living and is constructed of outside walls 11 and a roof part 12. There in an opening part 26 between the upper ends of earthen wall parts 16, the outside walls, and the roof part.
