The present invention relates to a multi-functional cosmetic composition in which the problems of denaturation or oxidation of a skin whitening compound caused by a UV blocking agent have been solved, and a preparation method thereof. According to one embodiment of the invention, the cosmetic composition comprises: whitening compound particles which comprise a skin whitening compound core and at least one coating layer formed on the skin whitening compound core a UV blocking agent and a formulation in which the whitening compound particles and the UV blocking agent are mixed.La présente invention porte sur une composition cosmétique multifonctionnelle pour laquelle les problèmes de dénaturation ou doxydation dun composé de blanchiment de la peau provoqués par un agent bloquant les UV ont été résolus et sur son procédé de préparation.
