PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a tablet from being clogged in a tablet guide path regardless of an elevating position of a tablet support. SOLUTION: A rotor 4 is rotatably housed in a cassette body 3 containing tablets. The rotor is formed between the inclined inner surface 6a of the cassette body and the inclined outer surface 22a of the rotor, and has a plurality of tablet guide paths 4b for guiding the tablets contained in the cassette body to the tablet discharge holes 7. The rotor is provided above the tablet discharge hole of the cassette body, and is provided with a partition member 8 for partitioning between the lowermost tablet and the upper tablet of the tablet guideway and the tablet guideway so as to be able to move up and down. It is provided with a tablet support 53 that supports the lowest tablet, and a height adjusting unit 50 that raises and lowers the tablet support to adjust the tablet discharge height between the tablet support and the partition member.
