A pair of pants/trousers 1 has two zippers 21 extending symmetrically slantwise downward from a front centre of a waistband 13 to a respective lateral side 10 of the pants and then straight downward along the side of the pants for a distance, forming a front piece 11 which can be optionally separated from a back piece 12 of the pants. A releasably attachable wrapping member 4 is integrated with the pants； the wrapping member comprising a body and a belt 42 whose two ends thread through corresponding loops 420 at bottom corners of the wrapping member body 44 and through a pair of slits 40 provided in a top edge 43 of the wrapping member body. A clamping member 5 (comprising a strip 51 with a slit 500 at each end and a clamping element 52) is provided on the belt (for example Velcro fastening elements or snap buttons) and, in use, clamps a corresponding clamping piece 801 provided on an absorbent member 8 for securing it to the wrapping member. The wrapping member 4 is attached to the inside of the pants via a fastener 3.
