The present invention relates to a mitochondria-targeted anti-tumor composition and, more specifically, to an anti-tumor composition which has excellent ability of controlling a molecular chaperone (for example, Hsp90 and/or TRAP1, etc.) increasing in a tumor cell, is more stable, and acts in a low concentration by using 8-(6-iodo-benzo[1,3]dioxol-5-ylsulfanyl)adenine as a molecular chaperone inhibitor, and connecting triphenylphosphate (TPP) to the same as a mitochondria-penetrating moiety.본 발명은 미토콘드리아 표적화된 항-종양 조성물에 대한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 퓨린(purine) 계열의 8-(6-요오도-벤조[1,3]디옥솔-5-일설파닐)아데닌(8-(6-Iodo-Benzo[1,3]dioxol-5-ylsulfanyl)adenine)을 분자 샤페론 억제자(molecular chaperone inhibitor)로 이용하고, 여기에 미토콘드리아-관통성 모이어티(mitochondria-penetrating moiety)로서 트리페닐인산(triphenylphosphate : TPP)을 연결시켜서, 종양세포에서 증가하는 분자 샤페론(예, Hsp90 및/또는 TRAP1 등)의 억제능이 우수하고 보다 안정하며 저농도에서 작용하는 항-종양 조성물을 제공할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
