The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a pill having excellent nutrients and good mouthfeel, by adding garlic neutralized by milk, Dendropanax morbifera LEV. powder, egg yolk powder, etc. to other herbal medicine, and to a pill by the method. Specifically, the present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a Dendropanax morbifera LEV. egg yolk pill, and to a Dendropanax morbifera LEV. egg yolk pill manufactured by the method, which comprises the steps of: (a) crushing after inserting in milk at the temperature of 40-70°；C and heating for 100 to 150 hours by washing the garlic； (b) aging at the temperature of 5-15°；C for 400-500 hours, after mixing 100-200 parts by weight of the Dendropanax morbifera LEV. powder and 50-100 parts by weight of the egg yolk, with respect to 100 parts by weight of the result product in step (a)； (c) brewing at the temperature of 60-80°；C for 5-10 hours, after mixing 50-100 parts by weight of Artemisia capillaris Thunberg powder, with respect to 100 parts by weight of the result product in step (b)； and (d) manufacturing the result product in step (c) as a pill.본 발명은 우유로 중화된 마늘, 황칠(黃漆) 분말, 난황(卵黃) 등에 기타 한약재를 첨가하여 영양이 우수하면서도 식감이 좋은 환제의 제조 방법 및 상기 방법에 의한 환제에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 (a) 마늘을 세척하여 40 ~ 70℃의 우유에 투입하고 100~150시간 동안 가열한 후 분쇄하는 단계； (b) 상기 단계 (a)의 결과물 100중량부에 대하여, 황칠(黃漆) 분말 100 내지 200중량부 및 난황(卵黃) 50 내지 100중량부를 혼합한 후, 400 ~ 500시간 동안 5 ~ 15℃에서 숙성시키는 단계； (c) 상기 단계 (b)의 결과물 100중량부에 대하여, 인진쑥 분말 50 내지 100중량부를 혼합한 후 5 ~ 10시간 동안 60 ~ 80℃에서 고아내는 단계； 및 (d) 상기 단계 (c)의 결과물을 환제로 제조하는 단계；로 이루어진 황칠난황환의 제조 방법 및 상기 방법에 의하여 제조된 황칠난황환에 관한 것이다.
