PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain occurrence of torsional vibration, and to also restrain occurrence of rotational vibration.
SOLUTION: When force in the torsional direction is generated between a rotor 1 integrally rotating with an output shaft 12 of an engine and a work part such as a caliber, since the force in the torsional direction can be absorbed while twisting a torsion coil spring 11 connected between the rotor 1 and a clutch mechanism 30. constituting a power transmission passage between the rotor 1 and the clutch mechanism 30 and transmitting rotation of the rotor 1 to the clutch mechanism 30, generation of the torsional vibration of a transmission shaft 8 derived from this force can be restrained. Since the torsion coil spring 11 exists in the position, a second clutch member 13 arranged to a first clutch member 3 rotating by transmitting rotation of the rotor 1 via the torsion coil spring 11, is brought into pressure contact with a member 2 on the transmission shaft 8 side by moving in response to rotation of the first clutch member 3 in the clutch mechanism 30 to thereby restrain the rotational vibration caused by high speed rotation.
