PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice field implement having a rice field work device at the back of a machine body and enabled to easily perform a work to form a drainage groove in a field face simultaneously with the direct seeding work (or the planting work), and an intermediate work after the seedling buds (or grows).SOLUTION: While work parts 20 and 48 of the right end part and the left end part are being actuated, specific work parts 20 and 48 out of the remaining work parts 20 and 48 excepting the work parts 20 and 48 of the right end part and the left end part are made freely operable in the actuation and stop states. There are provided groove trenchers 87 corresponding to the specific work parts 20 and 48. There can be freely established: a first state, in which the trencher 87 is operated in a saving position and the specific work parts 20 and 48 are operated in the actuation state； and a second state, in which the trencher 87 is operated in an action attitude and the specific work parts 20 and 48 are operated in the stop state.
