PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an occlusion correction device capable of treating reversed occlusion or the like in an early stage.SOLUTION: The occlusion correction device includes: a tongue elevating part (10) capable of elevating a tongue from the inner side front of a lower jaw front tooth an abutting part (20) which can be abutted on the lower jaw inner side which is the inner side of a lower jaw molar tooth and an energizing part (30) for energizing the abutting part in a width spreading direction. When a patient puts on the occlusion correction device, a tongue position elevating training is performed by the tongue elevation part to improve the excessive growth of a lower jaw due to the decline of the tongue position. Also, since the abutting part energizes the lower jaw inner side in the width spreading direction, the excessive growth of the lower jaw is improved. By the synergistic effect, the reversed occlusion or the like caused by the forward projection of the lower jaw is treated in an early stage.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】反対咬合などを早期に治療し得る咬合矯正装置を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の咬合矯正装置は、下顎前歯の内側前方から舌を挙上し得る舌挙上部(10)と、下顎臼歯の内側である下顎内側に当接し得る当接部(20)と、この当接部を拡幅方向へ付勢する付勢部(30)と、を備えることを特徴とする。本発明の咬合矯正装置を患者が装着すると、舌挙上部によって舌位の上昇訓練がなされて舌位の低下による下顎の過成長が改善されると共に、当接部が下顎内側を拡幅方向へ付勢することにより、下顎の過成長が改善される。これらの相乗効果により、下顎の前突によって生じる反対咬合などが早期に治療可能となる。【選択図】図1
