PURPOSE: A composition containing di-saturated phospholipid is provided to reduce mucosa exudation and skin serumproteins and treat lung diseases and atopic dermatitis. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains di-saturation phospholipid as an active ingredient. The di-saturated phospholipid is isolated from porcine or portcine. The di-phospholipid is dipalmitoylphoaphatidyl and/or dipalmitoylphosphayyl. The composition further contains organic acid containing calcium and a carboxy group. The organic acid containing is the carboxy group lactic acid, succina acid, fumaric acid or citric acid.
