The present invention provides the food containing polysaccharide ingredients, which contains &bgr;-glucan, anthocyanin, gynostemma pentaphyllum, and garcinol, wherein, if calculated in weight percentage, &bgr;-glucan is 20%~50%, anthocyanin is 1%~5%, gynostemma pentaphyllum is 30%~45%, and garcinol is 15%~30%.
