PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood pressure monitor system accurately judging the lowering of the blood circulation state of a living body under monitoring and starting the measurement of blood pressure, and accurately monitoring blood pressure.SOLUTION: In the blood pressure monitor system 8, a blood pressure measuring start means 92 is constituted so as to start the measurement 80 of blood pressure by a blood pressure measuring means based on that the maximum value Amax of a secondary differential waveform calculated by a maximum amplitude-related value calculation means 90 is shifted to the lower side of a judge range wherein a preset judge value A3 is a lower limit value.
