The present invention relates to a composition for use in the treatment of disorders or disease or pathology connected to or deriving from gastroesophageal reflux, preferably in the symptomatic treatment of disorders or disease or pathology connected to or deriving from gastroesophageal reflux. Said composition is for oral use and, from a physical standpoint, is in any pharmaceutically acceptable form of administration. Furthermore, said composition comprises a mixture comprising or, alternatively, consisting of sodium alginate, calcium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, digestive enzymes and liquorice.
