The present invention relates to a complex comprising a PMI peptide, a graphene quantum dot, and a cancer targeting antibody, wherein the PMI peptide is linked with an amine group and a carbonyl (-(C=O)-) linker of the graphene quantum dot. The cancer targeting antibody is linked to the graphene quantum dot by a peptide bond. The complex of the present invention is selectively bound to cancer cells and exhibits a killing effect. In addition, the complex of the present invention exhibits luminescence, thereby being able to be used for monitoring drugs and diagnosing cancer. Furthermore, the complex of the present invention can be used for photothermal or photodynamic therapy.본 발명은 피엠아이펩타이드, 그래핀 양자점 및 암 표적화 항체를 포함하는 복합체에 대한 것으로, 상기 피엠아이펩타이드는 상기 그래핀 양자점의 아민기와 카보닐(-(C=O)-) 링커로 연결되어 있고, 상기 암 표적화 항체는 상기 그래핀 양자점과 펩티드 결합으로 연결되어 있다. 본 발명의 복합체는 암세포에 선택적으로 결합하여 사멸 효과를 나타낼 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 복합체는 발광을 나타내어 약물의 모니터링 및 암의 진단에도 사용될 수 있다. 더불어, 본 발명의 복합체는 광열 또는 광역학 치료에 사용될 수 있다.
