PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body analyzer capable of measuring a body height of a measurement object person.SOLUTION: A body analyzer 100 comprises: a body 10 comprising a platform 11 contacting feet of a measurement object person, an information sending part 12, a maximum weight/body analysis mechanism 13, a signal processing part 15 and a radio communication device 14； and a detection board 40 contacting a parietal region of the measurement object person. At least one of the body and the detection board has a signal transmission part 20, and at least one of the two parts has a signal reception part 30 and measures a distance between the platform and the detection board. The information sending part sends data of the signal transmission part and signal reception part to the maximum weight/body analysis mechanism. The maximum weight/body analysis mechanism calculates a body composition of the measurement object person. The signal processing part processes data from the signal transmission part, signal reception part and maximum weight/body analysis mechanism.
