PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agrochemical composition for foliage treatment that does not cause adhesion agrochemical injury to cultivated crops when pyroxasulfone is applied to upland field for foliage treatment, that has a high safety property, can maintain long-term efficacy and has a wide herbicidal spectrum.SOLUTION: An agrochemical composition for foliage treatment contains a pyroxasulfone and a concealing substance for concealing the pyroxasulfone, in which the concealing substance is a polyurethane and/or polyurea produced via reaction between an aliphatic isocyanate or aromatic isocyanate, or isocyanate containing both of them, and a water-soluble active hydrogen-containing compound. The polyurethane and/or polyurea micro-encapsulates the pyroxasulfone so as not to cause adhesion agrochemical injury to cultivated crops during foliage scattering.
