The present invention relates to a sealing clamping structure of a sterilization apparatus, which comprises: a sterilization chamber receiving high temperature and high pressure steam for sterilizing an object to be processed； a chamber door disposed on an inlet side of the sterilization chamber to be opened/closed； and a scissor type locking unit hinge-coupled to the sterilization chamber with a rotational hinge, provided on a surface contact area between the sterilization chamber and the chamber door, and rotating clockwise/counter-clockwise with respect to the rotational hinge to lock or unlock the chamber door with respect to the sterilization chamber. Accordingly, the scissor type locking unit is disposed without processing a shape of a container and a door end part, thereby reducing installation cost in comparison with a conventional art and preventing unexpected rotation of the chamber door to remarkably reduce accident probability. Moreover, an O-ring movement assist part is disposed in an air pipe such that blockage of an air flow hole can be prevented until movement of a whole O-ring member is completed when the O-ring member is approached or recessed, thereby increasing sealing efficiency.본 발명에 의한 멸균장치의 밀봉 클램핑구조는, 피처리물의 멸균 처리를 위해 고온고압의 스팀이 공급되는 멸균챔버； 상기 멸균챔버의 입구측에 개폐 가능하게 마련되는 챔버도어； 및 상기 멸균챔버에 회동힌지에 의해 힌지 결합되되 상기 멸균챔버와 상기 챔버도어의 면접 구역에 마련되며, 상기 회동힌지를 기준으로 시계 방향 또는 반시계 방향으로 회동되어 상기 멸균챔버에 대해 상기 챔버도어를 로킹(locking) 또는 언로킹(unlocking)시키는 시저형 로킹 유닛을 포함할 수 있다.본 발명에 의한 멸균장치의 밀봉 클램핑구조는, 용기와 도어 단부의 형상 가공없이 시저형 로킹 유닛을 구비하여 종래대비 설비비용이 절감되고 챔버도어가 예기치 않은 회전이 방지되어 안전사고 발생 가능성이 현저히 줄어들 수 있으며, 에어배관에 오링이동보조부를 두어 오링부재의 접근이나 후퇴 시 오링부재 전부의 이동이 완료될 때까지 에어유동홀을 막는 현상이 저지될 수 있어 밀봉 효율이 향상될 수 있다.
