PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe and a cylinder holder, hardly breaking even in the case of injecting a liquid with high viscosity under high pressure, and a medical solution injection system using the same.SOLUTION: This syringe is mounted on the cylinder holder for holding a flange of the syringe by a cylinder holder groove to fix the syringe, and the syringe can be used for an injection device. The cylinder holder is provided with a positioning mechanism fitted to a recessed part.
