PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound wave electromagnetic wave resonance measurement apparatus using a dual cavity.SOLUTION: The sound wave electromagnetic wave resonance measurement apparatus comprises: a first cavity and a second cavity which are two cavities that allow for calculation of resonance model by the sound wave and electromagnetic wave theory and are shaped in a cylinder or pseudosphere; holes through which sample gas is introduced into or discharged from the cavities; a sound wave transmitter/receiver generating sound wave in each cavity to measure sound wave resonance characteristics; and an electromagnetic wave transmitter/receiver generating electromagnetic wave in each cavity to measure electromagnetic wave resonance characteristics. The one first cavity is placed in a reference temperature field, and the other second cavity is placed in an arbitrary temperature field.
