The present invention relates to the use of a dermocosmetic or pharmaceutical composition including, as active agents, an extract or a combination of microalgae extracts for the prevention and topical treatment of the dermal conditions of skin affected by acne. The active agents of said formula have anti-bacterial activity against the bacteria which are responsible for acne, in particular Propionibacterium acnes and Staphylococcus epidermidis, anti-oxidising activity, anti-inflammatory activity and healing activity by stimulating the regeneration of the fibroblast cells of the skin. The selected microalgae species can be species of the Nannochloropsis, Dunaliella and Isochrysis genera.La présente invention concerne l'utilisation d'une composition dermo-cosmétique ou pharmaceutique comprenant à titre de principes actifs un extrait ou une combinaison d'extraits de microalgues pour la prévention et le traitement topique des affections dermiques des peaux acnéiques.
