Thecontour mask system may include a faceplate which can be adapted to cover aplurality of portions of a face of a user. The faceplatemay include two elongated openings adapted to fit over the eyes of the user.An annular ridge, protruding outwardly from the back sideof the faceplate, may encircle each elongated opening. The faceplate mayinclude a spacer to allow a space gap between the face of theuser and the faceplate when the faceplate is positioned or worn over theuser's face.
