CONSTITUTION: An absorption layer for sanitary napkin using crop fibers comprises the steps of: producing dried powder by grinding fiber crops' cob； mixing dried power dissolved in water and waste paper； drying the mixture from the above step in the mold； softening the dried mixture from the above step by passing it through two rollers. The fiber crop is papyrus. The recycled paper is white. The manufacturing method includes the 5th step of trimming the edge of the absorption layer from the previous step.
